I am an interdisciplinary designer from Mexico, currently based in Vancouver, BC, on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
My practice is mostly research and material-based; I have worked with a variety of materials and techniques, mostly repurposing and conducting material research. I am inspired by new approaches to design through questioning and experimenting. Working and collaborating with other beings, learning from natural systems to design alternative and sustainable futures.
My work with mycelium and textiles is ongoing; I am constantly learning and adapting my design practice as I explore its possibilities. I am motivated to build a future where nature and humans can collaborate and coexist.

I am always looking for connections and collaborations.
